Visit us at the library to apply for a library card.

• Must be a Town of Crawford or Town of Shawangunk resident (in the Pine Bush school district)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A parent or legal guardian with ID must be present to sign up children entering pre-K, ages 4 up to age 17.
• Please show proof of address with a photo ID (driver’s license) or photo ID AND a piece of mail, such as a bank statement, utility bill, tax bill or apartment lease
