Happy National Relaxation Day!

National Relaxation Day on August 15 encourages us to slow down and unwind. It’s a day to focus on taking care of ourselves and take a moment to relax.

National Relaxation Day is an important day as we all need a break from the fast-paced and often hectic lifestyles we live. Taking time to recuperate and rejuvenate our tired minds and bodies may help prevent many health risks, too. Like the founder of this day suggested, too much work can make us sick, run-down, tired and that’s just wrong.

Don’t worry though, the staff at the Pine Bush Library is forgoing their observance of National Relaxation Day in order to serve our patrons.

THIS SATURDAY!!!

Don’t forget to come down this Saturday and check out Farm Day at the Pine Bush Library.

Please note that Farm Day will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Please call the library 845-744-4265 if you are unsure.
